Find out what you really need to succeed in your dream career
This online career mentoring program enables business students to learn about ideal career paths, develop and enhance professional and communication skills and make more informed career decisions—all without leaving home.
HOW IT WORKS
Students and coaches register online, students then initiate contact to request a meeting with their desired coach (or coaches). Meetings will take place online via email unless the coach specifies differently. After completing their coaching relationship (usually three emails) students release coaches so they can assist others in the eCareerCoach portal. Students may request up to two different coaches through eCareerCoach at once, and are welcomed and encouraged to use the program as many times as they need throughout their degree. If further career guidance is required, we encouraged students to apply for the Griffith Industry Mentoring Program
eCareerCoach is about imparting your wisdom, tips and advice to help our students make the best decision for their future and get a head start on the road to achieving their goals. As a coach you will be asked questions relating to your experiences and career path. Benefits for coaches include:
- Enhance your professional profile and the profile of your organisation
- Connect with talented students (potential future employees)
- Improve your coaching and mentoring skills
- Connect with other coaches and grow your professional network
