This seminar is on Macro-social marketing is the use of social marketing– up, mid and downstream – to affect holistic systemic change (Kennedy 2016). In this emerging area, there is a developing acceptance of the need for systems thinking to approach wicked problems. These questions and the intricacies of systems thinking implementation will be addressed in this seminar with both the theory of systems thinking and case study examples. This is a free event.
