Senator Peter Whish-Wilson
Senator Peter Whish-Wilson is a senator for Tasmania and the Australian Greens spokesperson for waste and recycling. Peter has chaired Senate inquiries – Toxic Tide (2015), Never Waste a Crisis (2018) – and campaigned against plastic pollution. He currently has a Private Member’s Bill in the Senate to mandate recycling targets and ban some single-use plastics.
Living without a rubbish bin for more than 5 years Hannah Blumhardt is Coordinator of the New Zealand Product Stewardship Council, Co-founder of The Rubbish Trip and Policy Spokesperson for Takeaway Throwaways. Hannah works on product stewardship, policy and more.
Simon Roy is Vice President & Managing Director of Amcor Australia & New Zealand, leading the business since early 2018. Simon has held senior management positions in a variety of industries and countries including US, Australia, Asia and Europe.
