Organisations, People and Employability is a two-part Griffith Business School course offered online for Year 12 students. It allows you to complete a university course whilst completing your senior studies. This course offers you practical skills to improve your employability, and provides a foundation knowledge of employment relations to assist your transition to the world of work.

Griffith Credentials

Upon enrolment you will receive a Griffith University GUESTS member digital badge. Following successful completion  of both part 1 and 2, you will receive a second GUESTS Achiever digital badge. A digital badge helps you stand out on your professional LinkedIn profile.

University credit transfer

Once you pass both part 1 and 2 of this course you will be eligible to receive 10 credit points for the equivalent course from the range of Griffith Business School undergraduate degree programs.

Year 12 subject adjustment

As part of our subject adjustment pathway, students who pass this  course will be eligible to receive  adjustments towards their ATAR when  applying for entry into an eligible Griffith undergraduate degree program. Queensland students who successfully complete the Organisations, People and Employability course will have their enrolment and grades recorded on their Queensland Certificate of Education. This does not count towards their ATAR calculation.


Part 1—17 February 2020 (Week 1)

Part 1 is offered online to Year 12 students during the University Trimester 1 period.

Part 2—6 July 2020 (Week 1)

Part 2 is offered online to Year 12 students during the University Trimester 2 period. Students participate in weekly online collaborate sessions offered via Learning@Griffith course site, and complete weighted assessment tasks. Accessing Griffith courses online is easy and interactive. Through our state-of-the-art learning platform you can connect with a virtual community that allows you to study when it suits you—anywhere, anytime.
