Luis Cabrera is Associate Professor in the School of Government & International Relations and Griffith Asia Institute. His research has focused on global citizenship, migration ethics, and the development of more accountable and rights-protective regional and global political institutions. Recent works include a monograph, The Humble Cosmopolitan: Rights, Diversity, and Trans-state Democracy (Oxford University Press, 2020), and an edited volume, Institutional Cosmopolitanism (Oxford UP, 2018).
His supervision areas for postgraduate students include migration, regional and global organizations, and various topics in normative political theory.
