Dr. Sudong Shang is a Lecturer in the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources, Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus, Australia. He has a PhD in Organisational Psychology.
Sudong was a research fellow at the University of Waikato Management School, and was involved in facilitating workshops for the Community & Enterprise Leadership Foundation in New Zealand. His expertise is in work-life balance, employees’ wellbeing, leadership, and immigrants’ acculturation. He actively engages in research and publication in these areas, and has recent publications in Human Resource Management, Stress & Health, Frontier in Psychology, and Leadership & Organisation Development Journal. He has worked on various research projects, such as Elder Workers’ Wellbeing, Responsible Leadership, International Work-life Balance, which have contributed to the relevant research areas.
