Alannah Rafferty is an Associate Professor in the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources in the Griffith Business School. Her research is in the fields of organisational change (with a focus on change attitudes) and transformational leadership. Alannah's recent publications are in the areas of change readiness, change attitudes, and employees' subjective experiences of organisational change. Before joining Griffith University in 2017, Alannah was at the University of New South Wales for seven years. Alannah holds a PhD from Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Psychology from The University of Queensland, and a Bachelors (Hons) from Macquarie University.
