Internationalisation at home

The aim of the Internationalisation at Home project is to internationalise the learning and teaching practices of business and health higher education, through intercultural capacity-building of teachers, international and local students.

Professor Michelle Barker and Associate Professor Peter Woods, teamed with colleagues from University of Canberra, developed national approaches to the effective embedding of intercultural competence development in business and health curricula.

PhD candidate Eszter Kiss, (supervised by Professor Parlo Singh and Professor Michelle Barker) is exploring international undergraduate business students’ perceptions of their work-readiness.
