Leonie works with organisations to achieve positive and sustainable change that improves performance and culture. Leonie also coaches executives, managers and team leaders to improve leadership and organisational performance. She is a registered psychologist with a PhD specialising in organisational change.
Leonie has previously held senior management positions within the university and state government sectors, and has worked in senior consulting roles for respected and award-winning consultancy firms. For the past seven years she has been the Co-Director of a successful small consultancy practice.
