Biography
Dr Katrina Radford is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Strategy and Innovation within the Griffith Business School and is the Deputy Director, Research.
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), is a Certified Associate in Project Management, holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, Graduate Certificate in Education and PhD (Griffith University).
Katrina's research interests include aged care workforce; human resource management; retention; turnover; health care management; and change management. One of Katrina’s current projects involves developing a survey tool to estimate the demand for Intergenerational models of respite care.
Katrina has been awarded Commendations for Teaching in 2012 and 2015, as well as a Teaching Citation in 2013, Academic Excellence Awards in 2010 and 2014 and Teaching Excellence Awards in 2016 and 2017.
