Dr Bernard Gan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Strategy and Innovation within the Griffith Business School, and a member of the Griffith Asia Institute. He is the First Year Coordinator for the Bachelor of International Busines and is a Slyff Fellow.
Bernard’s research focus is on organisational studies with a particular focus on Asian multinationals and corporations, including: Singaporean economic development and employment relations; comparative Asian management and employment relations; employers’ associations; tourism and hospitality management; and social networks.
Since 2008, Dr Gan has been invited guest lecturer to nine universities throughout Australia, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore and is widely published in his area of expertise.
