International Student Exchange Program
The International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) of the Australian Government's Department of Education provides funding to eligible Australian higher education providers to support the participation of both outgoing Australian undergraduate exchange students and incoming international undergraduate exchange students.
Each year, Griffith University applies to the Australian Government for a number of grants to encourage exchange to and from the allocated country. For this reason, grants may vary year to year. In 2017, the following grants are available:
- 3 x $5,000 grants for Morocco
Students who are accepted for a trimester of exchange studies in Morocco Trimester 2 2017 or Trimester 1 2018 will be automatically considered for a grant if they are eligible. To be eligible for an ISEP grant you must be:
- an Australian citizen
- studying at undergraduate level
- be accepted into the Griffith Exchange Program and host university
- not have previously received an ISEP or Endeavour grant
If you are interested in an ISEP grant, please ensure that you contact us. Although this will not be considered in the assessment and approval processes (for equity purposes) we can advise whether it is likely to be highly competitive or not based on feedback from other applicants.
Recipients of this grant are not eligible to receive an IEIS grant.
