Enjoy choice and flexibility
Deciding on primary or secondary teaching can be tricky—that’s why our Bachelor of Education is flexible and allows you to wait until the end of your first year to choose either studying primary or secondary education. Your foundation first year includes a school classroom practical observation to help you make your choice.
Get in the classroom sooner
Our trimesters allow you to complete a Bachelor of Education in just 3.5 years, or the standard 4 years. Design your study schedule to fit with what works for you.
With the Queensland Government reporting the full-time starting teacher salary at approximately $78,000 a year, you could be earning more than graduates from engineering and law*.
