About this service

This service coordinates planning and reporting for the whole of Digital Solutions, including administration of performance metrics and internal surveys.

The service also provides expert advice on policy review and development.

Digital Solutions staff.

What to expect

  • Coordinating the drafting of Digital Solutions Operational and Strategic Plans (in consultation with the Digital Solutions Executive and each Portfolio Director).
  • Administering the collection of monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics.
  • Producing data visualisations of relevant metrics to support business decision making and reporting.
  • Administering annual and biannual Digital Solutions surveys.
  • Reporting on the progress towards achieving Key Performance Indicators set out in the annual Operational Plans.
  • Compiling the Digital Solutions Annual Highlight Report.
  • Responding to ad hoc requests for statistical data on Digital Solutions-managed systems and services.
  • Coordinating policy development and review for information services.

Client service staff available 9 am to 5 pm working days.
