Bachelor of Engineering
Sarah’s degree in civil engineering led her to a career with AECOM—a global infrastructure and services firm that operates in more than 150 countries worldwide.
As a geotechnical engineer, Sarah has been involved in a vast variety of projects across the world including flood reconstruction work throughout South East Queensland to mining remediation in Canada.
Sarah says her career as a geotechnical engineer offers an unmated level of versatility.
“What I love about being a geotech engineer is the variability of when I get the chance to wear hi-vis onsite and that the next day I can walk into a meeting in a really nice dress,” she says.
