Professional and social Griffith alumni events

Keeping our University community safe, including our global alumni network, is our number one priority and as a result, planned face-to-face university hosted alumni events have been temporarily put on hold for 2020.

However, in these unprecedented times, it is more important than ever to stay connected. So although we are currently unable to meet in person, Griffith University are continuing to offer alumni an expanding suite of online resources including webinars, live broadcast events and interactive professional development sessions.

Presented by the Social Marketing @ Griffith Team, in this workshop, you will learn how to optimise your communication strategies. With a focus on enhancing communication effectiveness, you will be equipped with hands on tools that you can apply to assess and improve your communications. This is an introduction-level webinar suitable for those who are environmental officers, health communicators, marketing professionals, work for not-for-profit or a contemplating a new business start-up or social enterprise.

“As a completely online student from country Victoria it was fantastic to have the opportunity to attend this event that was only a few hours away from where we live and to feel a part of the Griffith community. It definitely meant a lot to me to be invited, as being an online student can be a bit isolating so it gave me the opportunity to meet others from Victoria who have studied the same areas as me while also being able to meet some of the lovely Griffith staff!”
