Keeping fit has never been easier! Workout from the comfort of your own living room, balcony or backyard with Zoom LIVE Virtual Group Fitness classes. Our personal trainers and group fitness instructors will take you through workouts live, watching you every step of the way to keep you accountable and to ensure your form is correct. Students, Staff, Alumni and community members are invited to join in and all classes are free.
