Kieran researches the law, technology and future. He is particularly interested in the law and culture of digital and autonomous disruption. His current projects focus on the posthuman legal subject, cultural and legal responses to autonomy and anticipating law’s digital future.
Kieran has over sixteen years of experience teaching law courses ranging from jurisprudence, civil procedure, law and culture, administrative law and clinical legal education. He has also held editorial positions at the Griffith Law Review: Law Theory Society (Managing Editor); Social Security Reporter (Academic Editor) and Law, Culture and Humanities (Editorial Advisory Board).
Kieran is currently the HDR convenor for Griffith Law School.
