^ Electric Circuits is required for students going into the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Software, Electronic, Electrical and Electronic and Energy majors. Engineering mechanics is required for students going into the Bachelor of Engineering (honours) in Civil, Environmental and Mechanical majors.

Students who enter with an IELTS (or equivalent) < 6.0 will be required to undertake the free Language Development  Modules as part of their program.
