The APEC Study Centre (ASC) at Griffith University, Queensland, Australia is one of two Australian member institutions in the APEC Study Centre Consortium (ASCC). It is based in the Griffith Asia Institute in the Business School, and aims to provide high-quality research and analysis, economic and political trends in the Asia-Pacific region, relevant to the APEC Forum’s mission and objectives.
As a network of universities and research institutions in APEC economies, the ASCC serves to promote interdisciplinary and policy-relevant research from an independent perspective by facilitating academic exchange and providing opportunities for mutually beneficial training.
