Professor Liz Jones is a Registered Psychologist.
Liz Jones has been working at Griffith University for over 20 years, firstly in the Griffith Business School and currently in the School of Applied Psychology. She is currently the Director of Organisational Psychology programs and Director of the Work and Organisational Resilience Centre (WORC), which, using postgraduate students as consultants, provides organisational psychology services to the community.
She has a strong interest in organisational and health communication, as well as life transitions. She also researches organisational change and development. She is currently President of the International Association of Language and Social Psychology. She is also a member of the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council Assessment Committee. She has also been an active member of the National Tertiary Education Union, and has served on many School, Group and University committees at Griffith.
Liz has undertaken consultancy work around communication and change management for a range of organisations. Liz has also been on the Executive of the Timor Childrens Foundation and volunteers for Lifeline.
