Mr Gordon Moyes
Gordon Moyes is the convenor of Games Design. He specialises in mobile games, artificial intelligence, interactive fiction, and scripting languages in the context of video games. He is also active in the area of using games for education.
Gordon began his career programming artificial intelligence and graphics for Auran's groundbreaking 1997 real time strategy game Dark Reign: The Future of War. He then moved to the USA for several years where he contributed significantly to Activision's Dark Reign: Rise of the Shadowhand and Star Trek: Armada, among others.
Mr Matt Ditton

Matt Ditton initially studied photography before winning the Churchie Emerging Art Award in 2003.
Now, with ten years in the games industry, his current research interests include procedural systems for art generation in games, programming as visual art and open source tool development for artists.
In 2011, he completed work on a project for ABC online, Alternator, a racing game based on future energy technology.
Mr Chris Vera

Chris Vera is an Associate Lecturer in games design with a focus on CGI modelling and texturing.
Having worked in the games development industry for four years, as both an in-house artist and freelancer, Chris was part of the winning team in the Pro-League section of the 48 Game Challenge in 2010.
