Course Outline
Using a hand held 3D scanner participants will be scanning surfaces, human form and simple objects with the impetus to use data captured to then import form into Autodesk 3DS Max to then modify, manipulate, scale and add to 3D Modelled objects.
This course will involve the training in the principles and practice of 3D scanning and data clean up, but most importantly, the creative use of scan data for the purpose of object creation.
This one week course can follow from the digital jewellery short course or it is open to participants who already have some experience with Three Dimensional modelling.
