SCOPE The activity of receiving, reading and evaluating manuscripts submitted by authors for the publication of original works. For records and decisions of the publishing committee or board refer to University Governance - Other University Committees. Letters of rejection Copies of letters sent to prospective authors advising that their manuscript will not be published.
