Hiring Procedure
Griffith University's recreational facilities are available for hire to students, staff, business and community groups as well as the general public.
To hire a Griffith University recreation facility, follow the steps outlined below:
- Download and print off the Application for the Hire of University Recreation Facilities (PDF 112k).
- Read conditions and complete the form. Note: Completion of this application does not guarantee your application will be approved.
- Bring the completed form to the Griffith Sport Office, Level 1, The Hub, Nathan Campus or fax 07 3735 7634 or email to griffithsport@griffith.edu.au . You will then be advised if your requested time slot is available.
- If approved, you will be required to make payment upon placing booking. No booking will be confirmed until payment is made.
- Upon payment, you will receive a letter confirming the details of your booking and you must take this with you to your booking.
