Marketing plays a significant role in organisations of all types as they strive to remain competitive and relevant to their customers. This course is designed to emphasise the integration of marketing concepts into a coherent marketing plan. It goes beyond a "tools and tactics" approach to marketing, bringing ideas together to ensure the overall plan is target market focused and internally consistent. This course provides the foundational knowledge to effectively manage a marketing function and use marketing principals to establish the organisation's future marketing direction and guide business decisions in an increasingly dynamic and volatile business environment.
