Knowledge Management and Strategy (7009IBA)
In today's global economy, knowledge management must be a critical element of any business strategy, as it allows organisations to leverage collective know-how, talent and experience, and create an innovative business environment. Only by focusing on generating and successfully integrating intangible resources, can organisations face and overcome new market challenges and opportunities. This course introduces knowledge management as an interdisciplinary concept with a focus on business strategy that will help managers build a new set of values and behaviours necessary for enhancing firm performance.
