This course looks at how and why franchising occurs. The problems and pitfalls are explored as well as the major franchising success stories.
You will learn about the unique franchisor-franchisee relationship and how franchising provides incentives to motivate performance.
Students will leave this course with an appreciation of why franchising has been described as the greatest marketing concept ever.
