A leader in research throughout Australia and the world, we are helping to direct the course of research and discovery. Our researchers study in many fields across our disciplines including sustainable water supplies, the biology of adult stem cells, intelligent wireless technology and the medicinal applications of carbohydrates.
We currently have 25 research centres, institutes and facilities associated with our group including the Eskitis Institute for Cellular and Molecular Therapies, Institute for Glycomics, the Queensland Microtechnology Facility and the Australian Rivers Institute which also incorporates the Queensland Smart Water Research Centre and the Tropical Rivers and Coastal Knowledge Research Hub.
Using state-of-the-art techniques and facilities our researchers are leaders in their fields.
