The GUDSF offers two services:
Both services are performed on the Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic Analyser, which is a 16-capillary, automated electrophoresis instrument. The GUDSF's 3130xl has a 50cm capillary array installed and uses POP-7 polymer as the separation matrix.
This service requires the customer to perform the flourescent labelling reaction and prepare the reaction products for capillary electrophoresis.
The GUDSF operates on a turnaround time of 1-3 working days from the date of sample receipt.
To use either of the services you will need to register (new customers only) with the GUDSF.
