The Eskitis Institute for Cell and Molecular Therapies investigates novel drug-and-cell-bases therapies for human diseases in the areas of:

  • cancer
  • infectious and neglected diseases
  • neurodegenerative diseases, and
  • stem cell biology.

The Eskitis Institute works towards the development of new strategies to prevent and treat disease with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary research and collaboration within the Institute and with national and international partners.

The Eskitis Institute for Cell and Molecular Therapies - Honours Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who have enrolled in an appropriate Honours program with a Supervisor who is a member of the Centre.

Selection for the scholarship is based on academic merit and the strategic goals of the Institute.

Up to two Scholarships are available. The scholarship is worth $3000 for the successful applicant.
