Professional Investment Services - Scholarship in Bachelor of Commerce (Professional) Financial Planning

Professional Investment Services is a financial services organisation that was established in 1996 by financial advisers and accountants who were determined to maintain an independent outlook towards the financial services arena.

The Group's core operations are the provision of financial advice and the distribution of financial and risk products to individuals who are seeking to build their wealth and plan for the future.

By 2003, Professional Investment Services had grown to be the second largest dealer group in Australia and reached No. 1 in Money Management's Top 100 Dealer Group Survey in June 2006, where it remains today.

The Group has offices in all Australian capital cities, an extensive Australian regional network, plus overseas operations in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Canada.

There are now over 900 branches, 1500 advisers and 1200 associated accountants serving the needs of clients around the globe with over AUD$20 billion funds under advice.

Due to the rapid expansion of the Group and industry, there is a need for young and enthusiastic professionals to join the practices operating within the Professional Investment Services network.

If you are passionate about a career in financial services, Professional Investment Services is creating pathways into this exciting industry.
Students must be able to demonstrate academic propensity through an exceptional performance in prior learning (school, TAFE or other higher education) and demonstrate a strong interest in Financial Planning.
