GEO Property Group scholarship
The GEO Property Group is an integrated Australian property group with activities in property investment, communities’ development (residential and commercial property development) and asset and capital management. We operate from the Gold Coast area, and also have offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
The GEO Property Group is listed on the ASX (Code: GPM) and trades as a stapled security. The Trust currently holds a diversified portfolio of properties in a number of sectors across a wide range of geographical locations. It invests in quality assets with value-add potential.
The company’s operations are diversified across the development of land subdivisions, house and land packages and integrated housing projects, as well as specialist funds management.
Our intention is to grow GEO Property Group to be a leading integrated property business, focusing on property investment, community development and asset and capital management with strong cash flows and Distributions, and a solid pipeline of growth opportunities.
A full-time scholarship is offered to Griffith Business School students, commencing in Semester 1, which will run for the duration of the program (3 years).

Value and conditions
Each scholarship will cover a period of approximately three years, and be for the total value of approximately $25 500. The monies will be credited directly towards the recipient’s (HECS) Student Contribution Charges each semester.

Selection criteria
Selection will be based on the following criteria:- be a full-time enrolled student at Griffith University and be enrolled in the first year of: Bachelor of Business (Real Estate and Property) – 1290
- have completed Year 12 in the preceding 3 years
- have achieved an OP score of 8 or below (or the interstate equivalent)
- demonstrated leadership potential
- demonstrated community engagement
- be a permanent Australian resident / Australian citizen
- demonstrated past academic merit
- referee reports and/or testimonials provided by any of the following:

- School Principal
- previous school teachers
- employers, or
- community leader
- be available to be interviewed by the Assessment Panel.
