Corporate Archives and Records Management Services is responsible for the maintenance of high quality records management systems for the management of:
- general files - the administrative and policy records that are created, received or maintained by University employees and affiliated organisations in carrying out its functions, processes, activities and transactions;
- staff files;
- student files and scanning of student records;
- committee records; and
- University archives of the above records.
