Biography
Over the past ten years, while at Griffith University Sara has worked as a Research Fellow, Lecturer and Learning Adviser as well as finalising her PhD into workplace bullying. Her background and training is in Organisational Psychology. Her research interests include Workplace Conflict (in particular Workplace Bullying), Change Management and Transitions to University and Work.
In 2002 she was the co-recipient of the Australian Awards for University Teaching for Common Time: An innovative and practical program for first-year students and staff. She currently works as a Research Fellow in the Key Centre for Ethics, Law, Justice and Governance on the Pathways to Prevention Project.
