Biography

I received BEng, MSci and PhD degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nis, in 1982, 1985, and 1989 respectively. From 1982-1983 I was with the Semiconductor Factory, Electronics Industry, Nis, working on development of CMOS technology. From 1983 to 1990 I was with the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at University of Nis. In 1990 I joined Griffith University. I am a member of the Editorial Advisory Board, Microelectronics Reliability, Elsevier/Pergamon, and a Senior Member of IEEE.

At the School of Microelectronic Engineering, I teach 2003MEE Integrated Electronics and 1031MEE Introduction to Electronics. I am also involved in the Industrial Affiliates Program.

My current research interests are focused on SiC electronics and in particular on SiC MOS devices.
