Teaching

Teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in mathematics education, education theory, and research methodology.

Teaching leadership

  • (2005-2006) - Coordinator Cross-Campus Honours Program, Charles Sturt University.
  • (2004-2005) - Chair of Griffith University Orientation Committee: Responsible for reforming teaching across the University. Reported directly to DVC (Teaching and Learning).
  • (1998-1999) - Convenor the Bachelor of Education: Leadership role in the development and implementation of the cross-campus Bachelor of Education.
  • Convenor of the Master of Teaching, a very successful program attracting international students to initial teacher education.
  • Development of: Graduate Entry Bachelor of Education; Master of Teaching; Bachelor of Exercise Science and Education; Bachelor of Applied Psychology and Education.

Research and higher degree supervision

  • Prof Jogensen has supervised three PhD students and two EdD students who have all graduated.  She has also supervised four honours students, two of whom have won the Griffith University Bachelors Medal.
