Marlene Pratt is a lecturer in the department of Tourism, Leisure, Hotel and Sport Management at Griffith University. As an early career researcher, having just completed her PhD, she is active in academic research and teaching. Her research interests include consumer behaviour, wine tourism, and marketing and sustainability. As a quantitative researcher her specialty is using structural equation modeling. Marlene is also an ad-hoc reviewer for several journals and publishers, such as Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Tourism Planning and Development, Cambridge University Press and Routledge. Her teaching is currently in hotel and tourism management including Service Operations Management, Rooms Division Management, and Food and Wine Tourism.
