Introduction

CircSchema is an easy to use electronic circuit schematic drawing application.

The application can Draw, Save, Edit, Copy, and Print complete circuit diagrams. It has a library of common schematic symbols, and the user can create new symbols and add to the library.

This application is totally free!

Application Information

The application operates similar to any other schematic editor application. Thus compared to commercial Schematic generator applications, this software would be limited.

The electronics group required students to generate computer based professional electronic circuit diagrams for laboratories, assignments, and reports. Even though there are many Schematic generator applications available, the Author did not find any suitable free software that would serve the task.

Thus the author developed this Schematic editor application, that could be freely given to students, to ensure that at least ONE schematic editor application is available for student use.

Freeware Information

This is a fully functional version of the program. Thus, no limitations to the software execution have been imposed.

This program is free-ware, hence the Author gives permission for making copies of this program, and using this software for the users own purposes.

If you use the program, it would be nice to get an Email. I would also like to know your comments, and any additions that would benefit the program.

Liability

No liability whatsoever for the program operation, use of the data, accuracy of the data, loss of information, or anything else is accepted by the author of this program.

Due to the increasing legal concerns, the user of the software must first agree to the ‘Licence Agreement’ form that will be displayed on first run of the software. This ‘Licence Agreement’ information provides a more in-depth coverage on the ‘no liability’ status of this ‘as is’ supplied free software.

Help Files

Current there are no help files for the software. There is a pop-up help window that provides the basics of the program, but other than that the program was designed to be as self explanatory as possible.
