Expedited Review
Applications for E1 and E2 can be made at any time. Processing time for E1 and E2 applications is generally 15 days from submission. A prediction of processing time will be provided to the applicant at the point of submission. The applicant can also check the status of their application at any time. Access to all these features is via the Expedited Ethical Review Portal.
Processing time during the period December – January may be slower due to staff absences.
Full Review
The ethics committee meets once a month during the period February - November. Applications are due 12 working days prior to the meeting date. Generally the outcome from a meeting will be communicated to applicants within 15 days.
