Other Transport

Flying In
There is an airport at the Gold Coast, which is situated at Coolangatta. From the airport, travel north-west on the Gold Coast Highway. Turn left at Smith Street Southport (exit 66), take the Parklands Drive exit (left) and follow the signage into campus. Coolangatta airport is about 45 minutes by car from the campus.

Alternatively you could fly into Brisbane airport. Bus services are available from Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise from where, bus connections are available to the campus. Brisbane airport is about 90 minutes by car from the campus.

Driving
From the Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise areas, travel north on the Gold Coast Highway. Turn left at Smith Street Southport, take the Parklands Drive exit (right) and follow the signage into campus.

From Brisbane, travel south on either the Gateway Arterial Road until it links with the Southeast Freeway or directly on the Southeast Freeway. Once on the Southeast Freeway (which eventually becomes the M1 (previously known as the Pacific Highway)) continue south to the Smith Street exit (number 66) which is to the left. Having exited, follow Smith Street to the Parklands Drive exit (left). Take the Parklands Drive exit and follow the signage into campus.

Getting to other campuses
The Gold Coast campus is situated some 45km south-east of any of the Brisbane campuses and therefore travelling to other campuses is not so easy. Driving is best, although buses do run between Southport and Brisbane and trains run between Helensvale and Brisbane.

To get to the other campuses, drive to the M1 (previously named the Pacific Highway) and follow it north-west until the exit your required has been reached.
