Group and Division Plans 2008
The Griffith Planning Framework has been developed to ensure that, at all levels of the University, organisational effort and resources are focused on advancing the University’s vision, mission and strategic goals. The Framework incorporates:
- A five-year strategic planning cycle
- An annual operational and planning budget cycle.
The University prepares a new strategic plan at least every five years. The strategic planning framework provides for three tiers of interlocking plans that support the cascading of the Strategic Plan goals and strategies throughout the University:
- University Strategic Plan
- Core activity and supporting plans (Academic Planand Research Plan)
- Group and Division Strategic Plans.
The University’s budget methodology is developed to support the implementation of the plans.
This section gives access for the Griffith community to the group and division plans for 2008.
