Management Information Server

The Management Information Server provides on-line access to timely statistical and management information for authorised members of the Griffith University Community.

The MIServer provides access to up-to-date information from University business systems (e.g. PeopleSoft student system, QTAC admissions processes) and from major data collections (e.g. DEST statistical returns, Australian Graduate Survey).

Areas in which information is currently available on the MIServer include:

  • Program Enrolments and Load
  • Course Enrolments and Load and Course lists
  • Teaching Responsibilities and Budget Load
  • Student Admissions
  • University Performance Indicators
  • Results of the Australian Graduate Survey
Only contract or continuing staff of the University are automatically granted authority to access the Management Information Server. Other staff members who need to obtain information from the server may request access by submitting a Statistical Request Form providing the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your staff number
  • Your element within the University
  • Your purpose in accessing the server
