The following policies and procedures are used to guide the Organisational Review process.

Organisational Reviews QuickPlace 

An Organisational Reviews QuickPlace has been designed to provide easy access to the wide variety of documentation prepared for Griffith's Organisational Reviews.

The documentation located in this site aims to provide a comprehensive insight into the element under review; assisting in achieving a successful outcome and promoting continuous improvement.

Access to the Organisational Reviews QuickPlace is restricted to Review Committee members and senior University officers.

Review of Reviews 

A comprehensive review of Griffith's Organisational Review process has been undertaken to determine the impact of the current approach and to consider proposed changes.  A discussion paper incorporating feedback gathered from various sources will be prepared, presenting an option for Griffith's senior managers' consideration.  In order to gather sufficient data for the Review of Reviews, and to provide recommendations for change, it was proposed a range of activities be undertaken, as detailed in the following notional timeline.

To assist in the determination of possible changes to the current Review process, a survey was developed and disseminated to internal Griffith Review Panel members, Faculty and Division staff who were extensively involved in the Reviews conducted during 2006 and 2007.

Respondents agreed that the process currently operates effectively and identified aspects requiring improvement.  Additional information is reported in the Analysis of 2007 "Review of Reviews" Survey Responses.
