Quality
The Office of Quality, Planning and Statistics supports and co-ordinates the University’s quality assurance processes through regular reviews, surveys, and other improvement processes. We project manage preparations and ongoing activities associated with the Australian Universities Quality Agency five-yearly institutional audit cycle.
Quality is embedded in all of our processes; we aim to apply quality assurance principles in all our activities in order to achieve excellent outcomes. We have a culture of innovation and responsiveness, of review and improvement.
Our approach to quality is consistent with the conventional ADRI quality cycle (Approach, Deployment, Results, Improvement). We have adapted this cycle to a simple four stage process which we use to represent Griffith’s approach to quality: Plan, Implement, Review, Improve.
