Key Performance Indicators

The Office of Quality, Planning and Statistics (QPS) is responsible for reporting on the university's Strategic Plan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This is completed through:

• Producing reports on KPIs for academic areas to use as part of the planning cycle process. These are available on the Management Information Server (MIS) under University Performance Indicators, using the selection Strategic Plan Performance Indicators. Definitions are available by clicking on the red 'Definition:' provided under each KPI. QPS produces pdf documents as web reports for each area, or reports can be selected for a particular KPI.

KPI Availability

The KPIs are based on data that is reported at various times during the year. The current schedule is:
