We provide the University with a quick and easy way to integrate, analyse and present business information.  Our systems provide historical, current and predictive reports of business operations such as:

• KPI���s (Key Performance Indicators) of the University

• Teaching and Course evaluations

Our Business Intelligence team is responsible for:

• Establishing and implementing the University's BI strategy

• Developing and managing a corporate wide application environment for BI tools

• Providing a comprehensive and consistent data resource that meets the information needs of the University and its stakeholders.

Strategic Plan KPI Scorecard goes Live

Our Business Intelligence team is pleased to announce that the KPI reporting system is now available to Senior Executives.  Selected deans, directors and senior managers are also targeted for access and will be contacted in the upcoming weeks to schedule in training.

The reports focus on performance in the following key areas:

• Research

• Learning

• Staff

• Students

For those of you who have access to the reporting system, please log onto the Griffith Portal choose ���Data Warehouse��� from the "Connect here" section in the bottom left hand corner.  Then click on the "Strategic KPI's" tab along the top.  You will be asked to log on to the system.
