Heads of College are senior officers of the University that manage the collegiate and educational aspects of each College. They normally hold a full-time position either as a senior member of the academic or general staff of the University or are otherwise appropriately qualified. All Heads of Colleges live on campus close to or in their respective College.

In each College, the Head will:

• provide leadership to the community;
• supervise the Residential Advisors and be responsible for their performance;
• liaise with the Residents' Committee and encourage them in their role;
• liaise with the Manager, Griffith Accommodation;
• advise and support you with any difficulties you may be (study or personal);and
• ensure all members of the College adhere to the community standards set.
