Ordering

If you wish to hire of purchase Academic Dress as part of your Griffith University Graduation Ceremony, please proceed to Graduation Registration via the Griffith Portal.
Please note: You will only be able to register your attendance at the ceremony and order academic dress once your graduation status has been updated to either Conditionally Approved or Approved status.

Conditions of Hire

• Student's cannot hire/purchase or be photographed in Academic dress prior to Conferral date.
• Academic Dress must be returned within one hour after the conclusion of the Ceremony. (Exceptions will be made where Studio Photography is the cause of the delay.) Failure to return and check in hired outfits will result in a fine of full sale cost.
• A dry cleaning fee will be levied if Academic Dress is returned in a soiled or marked condition.
• Refunds will only be considered if made prior, but not less than three hours before the ceremony. A $5.50 (GST Inclusive) administration fee will be levied.
• No refund will be paid when cancellations are made less than three hours prior to, or after the ceremony.
• A full refund will be issued to students deemed ineligible to graduate after the conditionally approved stage.
