Maintenance is the repair and replacement of existing facilities. It does not include the supply of new facilities or alterations or additions to existing facilities.

Non emergency requests should be submitted using the online maintenance request form.
Use the online maintenance form for corrective and preventive maintenance of:
- carpentry, joinery and general building work
- plumbing
- electrical
- air conditioning and mechanical services
- painting
- lifts and fire alarms
- floor coverings
For after hours maintenance emergencies (workplace health and safety issues, possible major building damage etc.), contact the Security office on extension 7777.
Do not use the maintenance request form for client funded work:
- Refurbishments and minor works
- All types of building works
- Special waste pickups, signs
- Event setups.
- New keys and access cards
- Special cleans
- Furniture and equipment moves
For client funded work please submit an online project request.
The Project Request Form is used for work including all types of building works, special cleaning requests, furniture moves, special waste pickups, signs, keys and access cards, and event setups.
Please note that this is a cost recovery service, and your account details are required before we can provide designs, estimates or proceed. The initial consultation with Campus Life is provided for free, but all subsequent work will be charged.

If your project is estimated to cost more than $40,000, you will need to obtain your Group PVC's approval. Please download a Project Request Form (PDF 143k), have it signed by your Group PVC, and fax it to Campus Life.
